• Booking cancelled before 30 days prior to date of arrival will attract no cancellation charges
• Booking cancelled between 30 days to 18 days in prior to date of arrival will attract 25 % cancellation charges
• Booking cancelled between 18 days to 12 days in prior to date of arrival will attract 50% cancellation charges
• Booking cancelled between 12 days to 0 days in prior to date of arrival will attract 100 % cancellation charges
• 100% deposit (non refundable) required during the peak holiday period from Dec 20 to Jan 6 as well as Diwali festival, weekends.

• According to Govt regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be charmed by the primary guest above age of 18 staying at home. The identification proof acceptes are PAN card Driver License, Voter card, Passport. Without valid ID guest will not be allowed to check-in
• The primary guest checking in to the homes must be at least 18 years of age Children accompanying adults must be between 1-7 years
• You can contact directly to inform about late check-in if you are not present at the time of Check-in it would be considered as your booking for that day is cancelled
• Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges meals that aren't part of your meal plan any home services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly or these when you're checking out.
